Despite being of Argentine origin Hernan has lived in Peru for the past 20 years. He first focused on establishing pharmaceutical import companies, successfully completing over 15 transactions before diversifying into the technology industry. Meanwhile, he participated in selling Groupalia, a Spanish internet group buying firm, prior to becoming a shareholder and Chief Executive. Hernan expanded his interests even further by establishing “Los Rosarinos,” an Argentinian Peruvian meat restaurant.
His real estate career began working as country manager for NAVENT in Peru, Ecuador, and Panama. Once he had gained enough industry experience, Hernan joined forces with Aref Abusabal and Edwing Delgado to start DMAYO Real Estate. As partner and CEO, Hernan has scaled the company to new heights by providing world-class customer service and transaction speed. He attributes his success in business to his family’s unwavering support and also his business associates and employees. Under Hernan’s leadership DMAYO Real Estate is ranked as one of the top 5 real estate companies in Peru. Further, he has also received several awards and numerous recognitions for his contributions to the real estate industry.
