To be an eligible applicant you must do the following:

Complete the application before the deadline.
Hold the title of CEO, Chairman, Managing Director or a similarly senior job title.
Be employed by a private, public, not-for-profit business, government organization or a registered charity.
Have an annual turnover of more than USD $1 million.
Oversee significant operations globally.
