Since these offerings are customized and time-sensitive, Insights Success Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd. follows a no-refund policy once the payment is processed or the order has been confirmed.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a written cancellation request within two (2) business days of placing it. Cancellations will only be accepted if our team has not yet started working on your project or the project gets cancelled due to any natural disaster issues. After these designated hours or once the work has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.
We encourage all clients to fully understand the scope and nature of the service before confirming the order. Our team is always available to address your questions in advance.
In relation to our Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Personal information related to service transactions is retained for legal and record-keeping purposes.
- Any request for cancellation must be sent from the same email ID used during the order process.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Insights Success—within its magazine services—circulates print copies and certain set of merchandise as an on-demand service, and therefore, physical shipping is carried out by third party vendors.
Thus, in cases where physical items like printed copies or merchandise are to be delivered:
- We will notify you of the shipping timeline and charges (if any).
- For Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
- For International Shipping: Please allow approximately 15–20 business days for international deliveries. Delays may occur depending on the destination country’s customs processing and local conditions.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once shipped.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen events or any uncertainties that may occur in the process.
