Two weeks from making partner, Samuel B Lee handed in his notice instead. What he built next became a 12-week framework for health professionals who feel capped by their calendars.
Samuel B Lee practiced psychiatry for ten years and trained at Cedars-Sinai. Two weeks before he was set to make partner at one of the largest psychiatric hospital groups in his city, he turned in his notice. He left with loans, no plan, and what he describes as a direct knowing that he followed anyway. He is a former medical professional, and today works as an entrepreneur, educator and spiritual teacher.
Two years ago, he began posting online. He grew to more than two million social media followers across platforms, organically, filming on an iPhone with no paid advertising. He won the Skool Games five times in 2025, using content strategies and automated enrollment systems, and founded the Eternal Life Tribe, a spiritual education community that reached 4,000 members at its peak and currently has roughly 3,500 paying members.
The realization that started it
Then came the limit that founded the company. However large his own audience grew, Lee was still only one person. Reaching the number he had in mind would require empowering other established practitioners to share their own expertise instead.

What the method is

The program exists because of what he watched happen to a close friend, a health professional who spent more than ten years and $100,000 on business coaches, summits, and certifications, and still had not launched anything. She had every credential and no vehicle. Lee calls certifications collected that way ninja stars: gathered, never thrown.
That is the pattern the framework is aimed at. The practitioners it serves are established, mission-driven and root-cause in their approach, and can already prove they change lives one person at a time. The position is that they already have the medicine — a metaphor for expertise they have spent a career building — and what they are missing is the systems to bring it into the world.
